All musician bookings and scheduling must be coordinated through our Entertainment Director, Michael Duncan. This ensures proper planning, consistency, and alignment with our event calendar.
Michael also serves as the primary point of contact for any questions related to sound equipment or setup.

For all non-musician vendors, booking inquiries and scheduling should be directed to our management team.

Get creative with us! Choose a pumpkin and make it your own with a festive afternoon of pumpkin painting.
Pumpkins and painting supplies are provided. Advance registration and payment are required so we'll have a pumpkin reserved for every participant.

Make Sanctuary Social one of your Halloween stops!
We'll be handing out hot dogs and Capri Suns for the kids, with draft beer available for the grown-ups.
